Creator Terms & Privacy

1. What this is

Bnails Creators is a referral program run by Bnails ("we", "us"). You share your personal link, and we pay you when someone you referred becomes a new Bnails client. By applying, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

2. Who can join

• You must be 13 or older.
• Apply with the mobile number you book with at Bnails. We text your link to that number.
• One account per person. We may decline an application or close an account at any time.

3. How you earn

• You earn $3 for each new client you refer.
• A referral counts when someone opens your link, claims the Bnails welcome offer within 30 days of opening it, and then pays for their first Bnails visit within 90 days of claiming it.
• "New client" means their phone number has never paid for a Bnails service before the referral.
• Each phone number can be referred once. If two creators refer the same person, the first one counts.
• These don't count: existing Bnails clients, your own phone number, and the same person twice.
• Your earnings page shows clicks and sign-ups right away. Earnings are confirmed overnight against our salon records, and our records decide what counts.
• We may change the payout amount with notice on this page. Amounts you have already earned will not change.

4. Getting paid

• Once your confirmed earnings reach $10, you can tap Request Pay on your earnings page.
• The first time you request pay, we ask for a W-9 (your tax information) and your direct deposit details.
• We pay requested earnings every 2 weeks by direct deposit, together with the payroll of the Bnails salon you chose.
• You take part as an independent creator, not as a Bnails employee. You are responsible for your own taxes. If your yearly payments reach the IRS reporting threshold, we will send you a Form 1099.

5. Content rules

• Disclose the partnership. Every post, story or video that includes your link or talks about Bnails as part of this program must say so clearly, for example with #ad or the platform's "Paid partnership" label. This is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
• No reviews. Do not write Google, Yelp or other reviews of Bnails as part of this program, and never post fake reviews. We never pay for reviews.
• Be honest. Only share real experiences, and don't promise discounts or services beyond the welcome offer shown on your link's page.
• No spam. Don't text, call or message people who don't know you, and don't buy or share contact lists.
• No paid ads that use the Bnails name or bid on it in search.
• No fake sign-ups. Entering phone numbers without the person's permission ends your account and cancels unpaid earnings.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you post on.

You own your content. If you tag Bnails, we may reshare your post with credit to you. Ask us any time and we'll stop.

6. Ending your account

You can leave the program at any time by asking us. We can end the program or your account at any time. Confirmed earnings that follow these terms are still paid. Earnings from breaking these rules are not.

7. Privacy

• What we collect when you apply: your name, mobile number, email, chosen link name, Bnails salon, optional social handles, the banner you came from, your IP address, and the time you accepted these terms and agreed to texts.
• When you request pay: your W-9 information and direct deposit details. We encrypt this data and use it only to pay you and for tax reporting.
• Referrals: your earnings page shows referred phone numbers partly hidden, never names.
• Texts: we text you your link and program updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, but note that we then can't text you program updates.
• We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete it, except for records we must keep by law (like tax records).

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing in the program means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions? Ask at the front desk of any Bnails salon or reply to our text.
